Great Birch Bay location
We would like to welcome you to this charming little two-bedroom cabin in Birch Bay. Located only a few blocks walking distance from the beach you can enjoy walking the tide flats and finding sand dollars, or build a sandcastle and if you like clams then bring a shovel and dig for clams. Less energy, no problem at all. You can walk along the berm or sit and listen to the waves. Be sure to catch a sunset as Birch Bay is know for some of the most beautiful sunsets. Build a beach fire and make s'mores just be certain to make sure it is out when you leave. A bit farther along the berm but walking distance will be restaurants, Beach Cat Brewery with lots of activities, The Beach which is know to be a 5 star dive bar offering live music. Coffee shops, a gift shop and don't forget to stop by the C-Shop for ice cream and handmade treats.
The property itself is a adorable Birch Bay throw back cabin. Lots of charm but also modern comforts. The kitchen has all you need to make a light snack or a meal. The dinning area can easily sit 6 people for a meal or a night of playing games. The living room is very cozy with a nice size Roku TV and a wood burning fireplace to curl up next to should you rent during Fall or Winter. Visiting during the Summer? No problem there is an AC unit in the dinning area for you to turn on and use for the living room space. A very nice deck with a peek a boo view of the water along with a propane BBQ for the griller in the family. Nice outdoor furniture and sitting area as well. An enclosed back yard should you want to bring your four legged family member but remember to pick up after your pet. There are two bedroom each with a double bed. The front bedroom has a peek a boo view of the water and a sliding glass door that takes you onto the deck. The second has a sliding glass door which takes you out to the front entry area. In between the two bedrooms you will find a spacious bathroom. Washer and dryer are also available for your use. The cabin is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This cabin is perfect for this that want to bring their bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and have a secure area for them. A great weekend getaway or perfect home base for a week vacation you will love the delightful charm of this Birch Bay cabin.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.
