This lovely condo is perfect for the family vacation! It includes the following complex amenities; outdoor seasonal pool, indoor hot tub, volleyball area, horseshoe pit, picnic area, close by beach, and all the activities Birch Bay has to offer!
Welcome to the Cabana Club, a small well maintained beauty by the beach. This one-bedroom, one bath condo, includes a new King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, silverware, and most other kitchen utensils. This means you can prepare a light snack or a full meal as needed. The living area has a new flat screen TV and a DVD player. there is also complimentary wifi for your stay. The sliding glass door opens onto your own patio that has a propane BBQ and small table, and chairs. The patio also allows you to walk out onto the lush grass where there are picnic tables, fire pit and other fun things for you and your guests. Just steps away from the Cabana Club clubhouse, which houses an indoor hot tub, (available year round), a Ping-Pong table, Fooseball table and during warmer weather, an outdoor pool is available (open from May 15-Sept. 15) with lots of chairs and loungers to enjoy the sun. The grounds back onto Terrell Creek and offer volleyball, tetherball, horse shoe pit and lots of room for other games you may want to bring. Walking distance to two public beach access areas where you can clam dig, look for shells and rocks or just enjoy a stroll listening to the waves. You are also walking distance to the always popular C-Shop, bike rentals and other Birch Bay activities. Come stay and play at the Cabana Club and see why people keep coming back year after year! Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabana Club, the kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to have a pool right there.
Rosemary was very responsive to our needs and took time out of her weekend to make our stay even more enjoyable, so much so we ended up staying another night.

Quite, clean, and peaceful. The pool was heated which was was amazing for my smaller child. Beach access is down the road a ways, not right across the street, but it is a small strip and the traffic was not heavy. The beds were comfortable, there were pleasantly of towels for the bath as well as the pool, and there was even a grill to use. We had a great time and would stay again.
