This lovely condo is perfect for the family vacation! It includes the following complex amenities; outdoor seasonal pool, indoor hot tub, volleyball area, horseshoe pit, picnic area, close by beach, and all the activities Birch Bay has to offer!
Welcome to the Cabana Club, located just minutes by foot or car, to all the wonderful activities Birch Bay has to offer. The Cabana Club is a small property with only 20 condos in total. Cabana has made sure the property has lots of fun amenities to make this a great family or friends get away. There is a volleyball net, horseshoe pit, fire pit, tetherball, lots of grass to play games you may decide to bring. There is an outdoor pool open from May 15-Sept. 15. Inside the clubhouse is a hot tub, ping pong, foosball table, coin operated laundry and more.
This one bedroom one bath condo has recently undergone a refurbish. New king size bed in the bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, fresh coat of paint, new large TV in the living room with DVD player, some new appliances and a new electric fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen to enjoy making a light snack or a full meal. Propane BBQ on the deck for those that like to grill. You can walk out onto the lush grass from your patio or enjoy the view of Terrell Creek. You are within walking distance to the always popular C-Shop, bike rentals and public access to the beach where you can clam dig, look for shells and rocks. Complimentary wifi. We know you will love this little beauty by the beach!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

nice quiet and very laid back stay in Blaine WA. The Vacationville property was nice place to come home to after each activity. The people of birch Bay were also very nice to visitors.

The kitchen is nowhere near fully stocked. There was salt and pepper shakers, a few small packets of sugar and coffee and that is it. There wasn't even napkins or aluminum foil to use. The "new" king size bed is uncomfortably hard and makes noise with every little move you make on it. The TV in the bedroom is only for playing DVD's, which is not mentioned in the description of the place and they do not supply any DVD's to use. There was no dedicated workspace as described. It felt more like a motel than a comfy home we were expecting.

We loved our vacation to Birch Bay. What a beautiful, quiet town. The condo was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal for all the many places we visited. If you want something to eat in town you better go before 8 pm. We enjoyed the close beach access and amazing sunsets. The condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked with essential cooking tools. The bed was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at this airbnb. The first night we slept great but the next two nights it got pretty warm in the bedroom. So having some instructions for adjusting the thermostat would have been nice cause nothing we did worked. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And we appreciated the quick communications when I had an issue or a question. Good location and reasonably priced.

Rosemary's place was as described: a cozy little condo very near to the waterfront in a very walkable portion of the neighborhood. We were excited to book it, as we love Birch Bay! We've stayed in the same area several times over the years. Unfortunately for us, we couldn't complete our stay; we travel with an autistic son who has a water affinity, and the short barrier along the back of the play area simply would not thwart him. I was afraid to take my eyes off of him for fear he'd end up nose down in the little waterway behind the house. I believe Rosemary when she says she's had it inspected and been given the seal of approval; throughout our appeal to cut our stay short, she was professional and attentive, and we would very much like to stay again... minus our complicated kid.

This was THE perfect getaway! We had an amazing time with these perfect accommodations in an area that is breathtakingly beautiful! Put on your sandals & hit the beach with less than a 5 minute walk! The backyard is super cute with a firepit, grill, & picnic table nestled on the softest cushy lawn under a gorgeous pink wispy tree that is also enjoyed from your back windows. Private, roomy, clean, & with all the amenities! This is a great turn-key vacation spot! Adorable beach shops, including the C Shop where you can get fresh sea salt taffy, delicious ice cream, & treats just minutes away! Book this spot & let the "everyday cares" just melt away...guaranteed!!
