Welcome to the Cabana Club, located just minutes by foot or car, to all the wonderful activities Birch Bay has to offer. This ground floor two-bedroom, one bath condo, includes a brand new king size bed in one bedroom, a brand new queen in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, silverware, and most other kitchen utensils. This means you can prepare a light snack or a full meal as needed. The living area has a new larger flat screen TV and a DVD player. The sliding glass door opens onto your own patio with a propane BBQ for those that like to grill, and a small table, and chairs. You also have a view of Terrell Creek and easy access to the grassy area and picnic tables. This condo is just steps away from the Cabana Club clubhouse, which houses an indoor hot tub, (available year round), a Ping-Pong table, fooseball table, coin operated laundry and much more. During warmer weather, an outdoor pool is available (open from May 15-Sept. 15) the lush grounds between the creek side and the buildings are family friendly with lots to do. There is a horseshoe pits, volleyball area, tetherball, fire pit and room for the kids to play any games you may have brought. The Cabana Club is an older, but very clean and well-maintained complex that caters to family and friend getaways with complimentary wifi. You are walking distance to public beach access where you can clam dig, build sandcastles, collect shell or rocks. Close to the ever popular C-Shop, bike rentals and other Birch Bay activities. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

We had a great stay at Cabana Club. The place was clean, well stocked, roomy for my party of 4 adults and 1 child. The bed! Was so comfy, after a 4.5hr drive from our home, I slept so comfortably. Would return and recommend to friends and family.

Great place to stay for our family! The condo was just the right size for us and had everything we needed.
Our kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, playing in the clubhouse, volleyball. We wished we could have stayed one more night.
Walking distance to public beach access and also to the ice cream shop. A few minute drive to the grocery store.
We will definetly be back!

Great location with large parking spaces. This condo is comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Rosemary is an excellent host. If you stay in the summer, I would suggest bringing an extra fan or two to help circulate the air. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Everything was exactly as expected. We’ll definitely be back. It was lovely to have a patio to enjoy and watch the birds that live along the creek. We had all the dishes we needed . If you need coffee to function bring some ground for a drip coffee maker or hit the Bay Breeze coffee walk up. The hot tub was nice and semi-private. Birch Bay is one of our family favorites and the Cabana Club had everything we needed to be comfortable and the kids were happy.
