This lovely condo is perfect for the family vacation! It includes the following complex amenities; outdoor seasonal pool, indoor hot tub, volleyball area, horseshoe pit, picnic area, close by beach, and all the activities Birch Bay has to offer!
Welcome to the Cabana Club, located just minutes by foot or car, to all the wonderful activities Birch Bay has to offer. This two-bedroom two bath condo with loft, includes a queen size bed in one bedroom, a king size in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room and loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, silverware and cooking utensils. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven/stove. This means you can prepare a light snack or a full meal. The main floor living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a sofa that pulls out into a full size sleeper. Open the downstairs sliding glass door and step out onto the deck with a propane BBQ available for your use. You also have a view of the clubhouse, pool and the creek that leads to the ocean. Upstairs you have a second living area with another sofa sleeper, TV, bathroom with a shower and another deck that over looks the water. A perfect place to see one of Birch Bays amazing sunsets. Steps away from the Cabana Club clubhouse, you will find an indoor hot tub, (available year round), a Ping-Pong table, games, books, coin operated laundry and a small kitchen. During warmer weather, an outdoor pool is available (open from May 15-Oct. 1) the remaining grounds between the creek side and the buildings included horseshoe pits, volleyball area, picnic tables, fire pit and room for the kids to play. An older property but very clean and well-maintained, it is the perfect location for your next summer vacation or off-season get-away. Complimentary WiFi

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

Rosemary's condo is as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and across the street from beach access. The pool was a very comfortable temperature even on a chilly day, which is a huge perk for parents of new eager swimmers. We shared the space between two families comfortably and enjoyed beautiful sunsets.
