This quiet one bedroom condo is brand new to our rental program. It's located in the middle of Jacobs Landing complex, half way between the beach and the pool.It has been completely remodeled with soothing earth tones. Brand new patterned carpet, natural stone kitchen floor, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture really make this unit a treat. Outside the front door is a grassy greenbelt, great for kids to play in. The back opens up to a private patio with beautiful shrubs and flowers. It has it's own BBQ and patio furniture.So whether you are coming to Birch Bay to play or relax this unit will be perfect for you!
This Condo provides complimentary Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed for an additional $100.00 pet fee

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

decent condo in a cute complex just across the street from the water. very accurate descriptions and super easy check in. we stayed to play in the clubhouse, which was also decent, as pictured. it was just what my 7 year old needed to have a fun weekend. the host was excellent with communication, and was able to accommodate for a late check out.
