A very clean and well maintained two bedroom upper level condo with a view. Jacobs Landing is the most popular family vacation spot in Birch Bay due to it being centrally located and walking distance to so many activities and local businesses. This condo is only a very short walk to the beach, one of the warmest Bays in the State. You can clam dig, play in the tidal pools, swim, crab or have a beach fire. The condo itself has everything you need to to enjoy a weekend get a way or an extended stay. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, wine glasses, serving dishes and so much more.
There is a full size washer and dryer so pack light, you are on vacation. The lower level has one bedroom with a Queen size bed and small TV. There is a full size bathroom, washer/dryer and the fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen step into the living room with wood burning fireplace, cable TV with complimentary Netflix and a full size sofa sleeper. Did I mention the great view :-) There is a deck off of the living room which is a perfect place to watch one of Birch Bay's amazing sunsets. Grill up lunch or dinner on the electric grill provided for your convenance. The second bedroom is up in the loft with a great view of the main floor, twin beds and another small TV, a half bath completes this bedroom. Come to visit or come to stay for awhile, you are always welcome in JL202.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

Pros: location, walking distance to shops, quiet, owner was friendly accommodating and had great communication, kitchen stocked with all things you'd need, bay view from balcony, wifi, stocked with laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion.
Cons: outdated facilities, game room is run down and has no ping pong, fooseball, or basketballs to use, pool and hot tub dingy, main bedroom was very small, small outdated tvs in bedrooms and main room had no remote and no way to change channel so you can only watch the one channel it is on, no AC unit (which was not advertised so that is on us for not noticing) extremely hot and muggy had to keep windows open all night, there was one fan, washer has a bad odor.
Overall, there were good things and bad things. But nothing that would detour us from staying again, but we would look for a different condo but same location. We did feel like the price was a little high for this specific condo.

This unit is very well situated on the bay. Great walks right out front. The pool and hot tub and accommodations in the clubhouse are excellent for extra things to do. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Had fun! Hopefully we were quiet enough, three kids might not be quiet by 10 on vacation so hopefully neighbors didn’t get too upset. Shower had problems but it was a good place.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better. The condo was very nice and host communication was clear and helpful. It's an older complex, but you can tell the host takes very good care of the condo. Great place for families. We will be back if Rosemary will have us.
