This lovely two bedroom one bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. Jacobs Landing is within walking distance to all Birch Bay has to offer. Bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, restaurants, local pubs and much more. Located across the street from the beach you will find fire pits that are first come first serve and perfect for roasting marshmallows. Walk out on the tide flats when the tide is out and look for sand dollars or dig for clams and in the evening bless your eyes on spectacular sunsets>
The condo itself only rents from mid Sept. until mid May as the Owners enjoy it themselves during the Summer. Because the Owners use the property so much you will find it to be more like a home with games and books, lots of extra cooking utensils and pots and pans as well as blankets and other items. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a set of twin beds. There is complimentary WIFI as well as a smart TV that although no cable, you can log onto your apps and watch all your favorite shows. There is a washer and dryer in the condo should you need it as well as other appliances like dishwasher and microwave. The patio is in a nice shady area and there is a propane BBQ for your use. Close to the clubhouse where there is an indoor pool as well. No pets and No smoking please.
