Nice place, very clean and great location.

Kitchen and bathroom were outdated and the mattress in the bedroom was extremely old and sagging in the center which made it difficult to sleep in. Otherwise the amenities were nice and the condo was within easy walking distance of a few restaurants and the beach.

Great 1 bedroom unit not far off the main beach walk. Large living area, plenty of seating, open layout. Bedroom is offers plenty for both a short or long stay, ground floor is convenient and close to ample parking. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Quick and easy access to highway for both border and Bellingham. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, very family friendly!

Check-in & out directions were awesome, we had no issues. The condo itself is cozy and nice, the area is very relaxed, and location is walkable to the beach as well as dining options. While I imagine it's not normally 80+ degrees in Birch Bay (or maybe it is), no air conditioning or fans did make the condo stuffy and damp. Perhaps with cooler weather this wouldn't have been an issue, we would have kept the screen door open longer to help, but it was broken and would not seal - didn't want bugs getting in. The description states the bedroom includes a queen bed. The bed is not a queen, it is a full, and I'm not sure I would call it a bed; more like a cushion on top of a wooden frame. All of the pillows should be replaced, they're either worn or there's not much too them. The kitchen set up was awesome! And, the washer/dryer came in handy since we had to use our shower towels for pool towels. We were grateful for the location of the stay, but do not believe the quality of the stay was worth the price we paid.

Very nice stay across from the beach. The bed situation was poor.

The bed is very uncomfortable and too small for tall people (full size with a tall footboard). My husband is 6’2” and I’m 5’10” and we couldn’t stretch out straight on the bed without our feet banging into the footboard. The “mattress” was unbearable - it seemed to be just 2 large pieces of foam on top of each other. We slept on the pull out couch the last 2 nights we stayed, and that was a bit better.

The unit does not have its own WiFi, so be prepared for slower internet.

Everything else was great! The whole place was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with anything you need to cook, even a great grill and outdoor eating area.

The location was AMAZING! We rode our bikes and walked everywhere all weekend - restaurants, stores and the state park. The sunsets were breathtaking. Everyone in town was so kind.

Make sure to visit The C Shop in Birch Bay if you can. Their baked goods and truffles are amazing!! We stopped by one last time on the way home for a few more treats.

Nice, comfortable place close to the water for our weekend trip. Bed is full size in bedroom and no closet so keep that in mind for longer stays but overall, stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

It's beautiful to be so close to the beach and the place is nice and clean and open. If you need internet, make sure you bring a hotspot on your phone! <3
