We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, quiet neighbors. The kitchen had all the amentities we needed to cook meals for our family. Stepping across the road to the beach was so lovely!

My family loved the place. True to photos, but only beach walking when tide is out. No beach walk at this end of Birch Bay. Close to shopping for groceries. Great space for cooking. Uber clean. Neighborhood felt “safe”. The host was very responsive. Found it a bit pricey, but the property worked well for us.

Beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have two full bathrooms. The house is right across the street from the water. Beautiful view!

Perfect place for our family of 6! Gorgeous view, relaxing and spacious home. Well-appointed kitchen to provide Thanksgiving dinner, and any last minute items were available nearby at corner store or the grocery store 10 min away. My kids, 10 & 6, enjoyed the French doors bedroom off the living room, and the master suite is private and has a lovely jacuzzi and step-in shower with seats (which my older parents enjoyed). Everything was VERY clean, if somewhat outdated/sparse, but we really appreciated all the storage space in every room. We woke up to gorgeous sunrises and the sound of ducks on the water, we ate lunch on a lovely sunny day on the deck. Watched a storm come in from the islands. Yes there IS WIFI!! And a Roku tv. Host was very responsive and thoughtful, providing a new roasting pan and serving platters for the holiday meal. Quiet area, neighbor was nice. We're already talking about our return!

Always a fun stay at Birch Bay. This is a great location right on the beach. Love the deck facing the beach for a spectacular view.

What a great location! We loved the indoor and outdoor space … plenty of room even with a “full house.” Nicely appointed kitchen, lots of towels and very comfy beds. Also, a very responsive management team. We will definitely book again … hopefully in the summer!

Terrific huge house across from the water. Lots of space, comfortable beds and an amazing jetted bathtub. Close enough to shops and restaurants, far away enough to not be disturbed by traffic. Very clean and well appointed. Rosemary was quick to respond to questions and gave great recommends for dining out.

The beach house was a wonderful place for our family to stay! When you walk in the views out the front are amazing!
We had four adults and one child staying there, and two adults with one child came to visit and there was comfortable seating for all. The bedrooms were comfortable and well stocked, as well as the two bathrooms. Everything was very clean, good assortment of seating and chairs, nice table to eat at. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with paper goods, etc. The beach was very nice just across the street, sandy with rocks and driftwood and we spent many hours there. Nice to have the deck in front to sit at as well. The kitchen was good, well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. No food or condiments, but we always bring our own and don't expect that. The TV worked fine, more than enough channels for the little we watched it. Nice touches of decorations throughout the house.
It was very quiet, even being on the road. We had a little trouble with the furnace - getting it to work and not too noisy, but that was pretty unimportant and we were comfortable. With three bedrooms and the quality of the home, the price was reasonable. Our family all really liked the home as well. We would definitely go back!

Awesome home away from home. Breakfast on the deck and watch the mist roll in off the water. Get up, and take an early morning stroll on the beach, you'll have it all to yourself!
