This charming upstairs two bedroom 2 baths is perfect for a short get-a-way or longer stay! There is an Mini Loft that looks down onto the living space It has a twin bed as well. While at Jacobs Landing you can use the indoor pool, soaking hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court. There is no WIFI at this condo but there is wifi in the clubhouse.
Birch Bay is the hidden jewel for clamming, crabbing, beach combing and much more. The summer hosts many events and activities which you can find at the Birch Bay Chamber website.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.
