This lower level condo features a gorgeous view of Birch Bay and the Canadian Gulf Islands. Perched on the edge of a large grassy area, it's the perfect place to have a family gathering and enjoy the famous sunsets of the Northwest. The unit is very cozy with a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen to include dishwasher, microwave and many other comforts of your home kitchen. New Queen size bed in 2022 along with new laminate flooring in the living areas. There is a washer and dryer for your use which comes in handy for those beach days. Jacobs Landing is centrally located in Birch Bay so you are within walking distance to restaurants, small corner store, C-shop and other Birch Bay businesses. Jacobs Landing also has an indoor pool, after all it is Washington State so you never know about the weather, an indoor hot tub and game room. All for your use while you enjoy your stay at this property. There is complimentary Wi-Fi for your stay as well. You will love this lower level view condo in a great location. Pets allowed with a 100.00 per pet non refundable fee (2 pets max)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

The place had good instructions and keyless entry. It was clean and a great location by the beach and restaurants. it is an older condo that could use a little bit of updating the living room furniture was comfortable and clean but outdated along with a small TV. The kitchen had a new fridge but the microwave and other appliances outdated. Our biggest thing was the master bed squeaking everytime either I or my husband rolled over that we woke each other up. The kids single beds were sturdier and didn't squeak at all.
As far as the buildings itself they are old we heard everytime the unit above flushed the toilet their pool and jacuzzi was a big disappointment. The pool did not seem kid friendly but maybe my teens were going at the wrong time and the jets did not work on the jacuzzi.

Great location! Space was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed, communication was great. I noticed a previous review about the place being outdated…that didn’t bother us at all, it was comfortable and felt very homey for our weekend getaway. Would totally stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our time at this spot in Birch Bay. I loved the retro/kitschybeach vibe of the place. It was quiet and very relaxing. You could see the beach from the living room and a quick 2 min walk from the unit brought us to the beach for evening sunset watch parties. It was conveniently located too: 20 min to Bellingham, 5 minutes to Semiahmoo, and 15 min to the border,
