There are not many lower level 2-bedroom 1-bath condos with such an outstanding view at Jacobs Landing. Centrally located in Birch Bay you are close to all that our wonderful resort community has to offer. This condo is very nicely decorated and provides all you need for a comfortable and pleasurable stay at the Beach. The patio a great view of our famous sunsets. Inside you have a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and much more. One room has a king size bed, the second room two twin beds and a sofa sleeper which is more comfortable for small children. You will have use of the clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis. This property is pet friendly for additional pet fee of $100 per pet. (2 max) The Condo provides complimentary Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

We arrived after midnight after long drive there was 2 twin bed and 1 king size bed wasn’t enough for 6 people and not enough blankets towels too (only 4 towels each set)
So I had to borrow blankets from my sister where she lives in birch bay and $500 cleaning fee was too high when we had to clean all the dishes and towels in the laundry before we leave compare other Airbnb

Very good location. Easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets. Nice pool for the kids, hot tub very small and dated. Condo was comfortable and well stocked, although twin bed mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable for an adult. Would like to have had a larger sofa in the living room and one comfortable side chair.

We had originally booked at a nearby place but they called us just hours before our arrival to let us know they had overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us! We found this listing immediately and it had everything we needed and more. The location was excellent. The community is quiet. The view from the living room and patio turned out better than where we were originally going to be. The beds were very comfortable, too! The whole family slept well and we were able to have a much needed break from our daily lives to enjoy each other.

We had a great time at time. Was easy to get into and communication was good. Beds were very clean. Our only complaint was the Jacuzzi. It's from the 1970s and has not been replaced haste and does not work.

The view could not have been better! We had such a great time and only a short walk to the beach. Sat in the living room and watched the gorgeous sunsets. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it daily. It Being indoors in October was a big deal. Nice hot tub. Everything you needed was there. The decor was very beachy and the huge map of the surrounding area was awesome. Loved using the fireplace too. Close to plenty of places to eat . A really nice place to stay!

The location right across from the beach was amazing. So was the view! We appreciated having all of the comforts of home. The condo itself and the guesthouse are in need of some updating, but the pool was fun and the condo comfortable. We loved having a Father’s Day BBQ on the patio with that amazing view and sunset strolls on the beach. The host responded quickly when we had an issue with the guesthouse key fob, and got it resolved as soon as possible. Very grateful!

Six stars for location! We walked to dinner, groceries and a live band! We loved the oven view even in the rain. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and again the location was fantastic! We’d return again- highly recommended!

We loved this place! The location was fantastic -- right in the middle of everything important at Birch Bay. The rooms and bedding were exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We cooked full meals for a family of 4 in the kitchen and were impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. The communications, check-in, cleanliness, and parking were all top notch. The view was fabulous in the evening as well. Oh, and the best thing, Beach Cat Brewing is just a block away serving up some of the best beers and ciders in the northwest. We will definitely be back again!

Great location - ground level with outside patio and view of water/beach right across the street. My understanding is that the beach across the street is owned by condo complex. We waded at low tide, swam and kayaked at high tide. Roomy condo. My one critique is that there is just one couch for 'comfy' furniture. We had four people, so it would have been nice to have another comfy spot to sit - had to use kitchen chairs. Everything else we needed was there. We did not cook, but we did use kitchen, and it seemed well-appointed. Fun to have pool, hot tub, ping pong in complex as well.
