This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. Centrally located you are within walking distance to all that Birch Bay has to offer. Located ground floor you can walk across the grass and down to the water. The condo is newly remodeled and the Owner has made sure you will have everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Each bedroom has a new and comfortable Queen size bed. There is also a Queen size air mattress for those extra guests that can be set up in the living room. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo for your use during your stay. The kitchen has lots of working space and all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils and appliances you need for a light snack or full meal. In the living room you will find a nice large TV and comfy sofa and chairs. The living area goes out onto a patio with the best part, "the view," and what a view of the water and some of the most beautiful sunsets you will see. Patio furniture and a propane fire pit makes this space perfect for you and your family. While at Jacobs Landing you have use of the property amenities. Indoor pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court and outside a tennis court. This property also offers complimentary secure WIFI during your stay. Relax, and rejuvenated is this amazing space.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

The place was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the ping pong table the best. This was a last minute getaway for the weekend. Good location for easy access to day trip to Vancouver BC. Lots of chillaxing as well. Sofas were perfect for that. The cute brewery and coffee shops were within walking distance too. The host was very responsive and happily supported a few of our requests. Couldn't ask for a better host! Thank you!

The approach to vacationVille was very interesting because of waterways and the coastal feeling of the area.
The layout and bedrooms were comfortable for me and my family. It is furnished comfortably for small children. The kitchen had what we needed to make a simple supper one night. we found the one bathroom less than comfortable. The toilet should be repaired because it wasn’t functioning well.
We appreciated the proximity to Canada because a trip to Vancouver was what we hoped to do from that location and we did find The location convenient.
We found that texting the manager was helpful with our questions during our stay.
