Newly remodeled you will find high end appliances, a full size wash and dryer, new cabinets and countertops with lots of space to prepare a light snack of a full meal, and lots more special features the Owner i included. This is an upper level condo and once on the main floor you will find a nice size bedroom with a large deck to enjoy reading in the sun or sitting and visiting with friends. The main bathroom is located on this level along with the washer and dryer. The well equipped kitchen with cooking ware, dishes, glasses utensils and more. Next is the living area with a wood burning fireplace, large TV with cable and another slightly smaller deck all that offer a spectacular view. Upstairs there is a second bedroom and a half bath. This bedroom has an opening which allows you to see down into the living area and the view. Birch Bay is a small costal town located 15 minutes from the Canadian border and 2-3 hours from Seattle. The area offers an array of fun things to do with clamming, crabbing, bike rentals, perhaps a hike or walking the tide flats looking marine life in the tidal pools. The sunsets are some of the best in the State and we still stop to watch the sunset in Birch Bay. This is the perfect property to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.
