This beautiful one bedroom one bath lower level condo recently went through a complete remodel and has been beautifully remodeled. Fresh paint, new flooring, new bed, new furniture, cabinets, appliances and so much more. Located at Jacobs Landing, the most popular condo complex for rentals in Birch Bay, you will not be disappointed. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a nice size closet. Spacious enough for your luggage and other items you may have brought. The bedroom also has a lagrge flatscreen TV mounted for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and just outside of the bathroom you will find a stack washer/dryer unit. Not that you want to do laundry on vacation but it is there if you need it. The newly remodeled kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or a full meal. Wood buring fireplace in the living area along with new TV and living room furniture with sofa sleeper. The patio has a spectacular view of Birch Bay and the ever talked about sunsets. Yes, we still stop to watch the breath taking sunsets here. There is a propane BBQ and a table with 4 chairs. The patio area goes out onto a community greenbelt area as well. While staying at Jacobs Landing which is centrally located in Birch Bay you have the use of the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court, and a game room for the kids to enjoy which has ping pong and foos ball tables and various games and other property amenities. Complimentary high speed internet for your use. Truly a great addition to the Vacationville property inventory and we know you will not be disappointed. We love this property and hope to see you soon in Vacationville.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

Beautiful place right on the ocean! Walk out the terrace doors and straight onto the beach! You can see the beach from the kitchen and smell the salt water. We loved this place ! Our kids and puppy played in the sand when the tide went out everyday. The kitchen is very well stocked! Jacobs landing is truly a sacred place. We will be back!

We liked this condo but it was cold. It was 16 degrees outside when we arrived and the heat in the unit was turned off when we got there around 10pm, it was only 40-50 degrees inside. There were 2 baseboard heaters in the condo and it took about 8 hours to get the temp up to 65. The rules say the fireplace should not be used for heat, so we just bundled up.
The missing amenity was the hot tub and pool. We chose this place mostly for the hot tub access… but when we got to the clubhouse there was a “hot tub closed until further notice” sign and the pool hours were 6am to 8am. We were given the key but not allowed to use it.
The kitchen was well stocked and the bedding was good, bed was comfortable, shower ran well, and there were no plumbing issues. The place was also very clean.
I really don’t like to complain but the inside temp was hard to work with, especially since our feet were soaked and frozen after walking from the parking lot to the entrance in deep snow and slush.
