The Master bedroom has queen size bed and a flat screen tv, in second bedroom there is a bunk bed set up which has a full size on the bottom and single on the top. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.

There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.

Deposit Policy

Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.
