Fully furnished two bedroom, one bath lower level condo at Jacobs Landing. Granite counter tops, stainless applicances, electric fireplace and many other upgrades. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed with new mattresses in 2022. The living area is very comfortable with a leather sofa sleeper making into a full size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a big meal or a light snack. A new TV in the living area to cast your favorite movie or watch basic cable. There is a nice patio perfect for grilling on the propane BBQ. You may enjpy the indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor tennis and other amenities at Jacobs Landing. Walking distance to the Birch Bay attractions and across the street from the beach. Complimentary WiFi provided during your stay. You will love being close to everything.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great space for us and our three young boys-they especially loved the access to the indoor pool. Great location to walk along the beach and to restaurants. I did think that the patio opened onto the green space, but it opens to the parking lot-it worked out fine since it wasn't patio weather, but just something to be aware of.

This condo is very clean and well decorated. There is plenty of comfortable seating, nice to have the table and chairs for eating, playing games and building a puzzle. The bedrooms are nice and quiet, and individual heaters in each room are good for comfort.
The bathroom is updated and nice. The kitchen is very functional and updated, and has plenty of nice pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc.
Our grandchildren come by for a visit while we are here and it's a good child friendly layout. A couple of the chairs are a little dated, but clean and comfortable which is more important! It is a good layout, and feels larger than it is. It's very quiet, day and night.
The bay is a very short walk across the street and has a nice walking trail along it. Several nice restaurants close by and The Market for all grocery shopping needs.
We've stayed twice and will stay again.
