Spectacular sunsets, ocean view, clamming, crabbing, walks on the beach, and golf all from this Birch Bay condo, including access to the complexes club house and its indoor heated pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court, and 1 tenni court.
This two bedroom 1.5 bath upper level condo at Jacobs Landing is one of the staffs favorite. In 2022 a complete renovation took place. Everything in the property is brand new. The beds, the cabinets, the flooring, the paint, the dishes, glasses, silverware and all other kitchen items are new. When we say complete, we mean complete. Upon entering the property you will find a bedroom with a Queen size bed. This bedroom also a nice large deck with a view of the water. There is a propane BBQ and nice patio set for your use and enjoyment. On the main floor you also have the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or full meal. The living area has a sofa sleeper should you need some extra sleeping space. A nice TV with cable and a wood burning fireplace for those fall or winter stays. There is also a small deck that looks out onto the water. You can catch one of Birch Bays beautiful sunsets. There is also a full size bath on the main floor and a washer and dryer. Upstairs in the loft area is another Queen size bed and a half bath. The loft is almost enclosed but does have a large are that you can look down into the living room. This property offers complimentary WIFI. While staying at Jacobs Landing you will also have use of the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court and game room. The beach is perfect for a beach fire to make s'mores and the berm is an excellent area to go for a walk. We know you will be very happy staying in the condo and staying in Birch Bay. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

My friends and I enjoyed a nice weekend away at this Airbnb! It had a fully stocked kitchen, and a very beautiful view of the water. My only complaint that there was only two beds instead of three as noted on the listing, but we let the property manager know, and I imagine they will update it. All in all, a great place!

WE LOVED IT! Location cannot be beat. Enjoy morning coffee watching the water from your living room. Beds were perfect. Tv was great. Kids love the community pool/hot tub. Can’t wait to return in the summer
