We are hapyy to have this cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo back available for rent. Another Jacobs Landing gem! New kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring and many more upgrades It is centrally located on property, you are a short distance from the clubhouse and a short distance from the beach. This is an upper unit that is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The lower level bedroom has a Queen size bed, on this level there is also a washer/dryer, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with wood burning firepace and a lovely deck to soak up the sun. Upstairs you will find a great space with a queen bed, 1/2 bath, desk and TV. Enjoy a great sunset, have a beach fire with hotdogs and s'mores, or simply stroll along the Bay. While here yucca also enjoy the clubhouse with indoor pool , hot tub and much more. A short walk to all Birch Bay has to offer such as C-shop, restaurants, try your had at karaoke, Waterslides and so much more. Pets are allowed with a $100.00 pet fee per pet (2 max)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

Cute little place, walking distance to the beach. It's obviously cared for and has had some updating over the years. A perfect little kitchen with everything you need supplied. There's a loft bedroom upstairs with a powder room bathroom and a downstairs bedroom, both with room to move. The living room and kitchen area is an open concept with a balcony deck that looks out into the open area between buildings where kids and families from the downstairs condos played. This unit is great for two couples or a family with a couple kids. I've stayed at several Jacob's Landing units before but I was closer to the beach in other units, this one ended up being more towards the back. It's a beautiful place to stay in Birch Bay as I am partial to the Jacob's Landing condos from several trips there. I would recommend Jacob's Landing as a place to stay for anyone wanting a great setting just steps from the beach.

It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. We went on a weekend where it poured down rain the entire time. However, we still had a very enjoyable weekend… We made a fire, watched movies, baked cookies. It was quite cozy! There were four of us and we all had plenty of room also. Restaurants are definitely close enough to walk to. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again. Ha ha, I would love to see what Birch Bay is like on a sunny day!
