Spectacular sunsets, ocean air, clamming, crabbing, walks on the beach, and golf all from this Birch Bay condo, including access to the complexes club house and its indoor heated pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court, and 2 tennis courts.
One of the few upper level two bedrooms with two baths. This condo is elegant and fun. A fully stocked kitchen for your cooking and entertaining needs with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Washer/dryer electric fireplace dishwasher and many more convenances of home. There are two decks at this property. One large deck, access from the downstairs bedroom where the twin beds are. The deck has nice table and chairs set for your enjoyment. The second deck is a bit smaller and access is from the living room. You will find a propane BBQ for your use on that deck. The lower level has 1 full bath with tub and shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed along with another bathroom that has a shower. This is a staff favorite due to the upgrades. There is complimentary wifi for your use as well. You can also enjoy the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub and other amenities. Centrally located on property just a short walk to the beach or the clubhouse or other Birch Bay businesses. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

The apartment is centrally located. For the most part it was clean but the carpet in the downstairs bedroom was extremely dirty. The entire apartment had a very musty odor which did not disappear. It was so hot in the apartment (no A/C). We had to sleep downstairs because there was no ventilation upstairs. Found a fan in the closet that did not work so the company brought over another on the 2nd day which helped just a bit in the living room only. The kitchen had the necessary dishes and pots and pans but absolutely no spices to use. To sum it up.....i feel it needs a through going over with carpet cleaning, exchanging the mattress's downstairs and making minor repairs. We were just not comfortable hanging out there.

Very quick walk to the bay, restaurants, and shops. This condo is near the outdoor pool of the resort next door and it was very noisy during the day, but quiet after 10pm.
I couldn't really see/smell the water from the condo, but as mentioned, a very easy walk to enjoy the view and the breeze. The upstairs shower is very tiny, so would recommend using the downstairs tub/shower if you are claustrophobic.
Overall, a nice base camp for quality outdoor time.

My three nephews and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. The kids liked the pool, and the beach was so close. We were able to walk to a market and The C Shop (candy/ice cream). Having a washer/dryer and two balconies/decks was great! Neighbors were friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The location is great, right across from the bay. It is also right down the road from the few restaurants and bars in the area. The unit itself was comfortable and clean. It is a loft unit, and sound travels through out. Not a big deal. The clubhouse and pool were not our favorite.

I absolutely loved this place! We actually ended up getting an upgrade with no extra fees due to an issue with our original reservation. The host was quick to communicate the issue. The beds where wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the fire place made it so cozy. Definitely keeping this place on my wishlist for the next visit.
