This upstairs apartment features incredible views of the beach, towards the community of Birch Bay, and of the picturesque creek. The open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room is over 40 feet long. It can accommodate 6 people sitting at the island and 10 people at the dining room table. There are two large bedrooms; one features an office area complete with printer, the other has a double sink vanity bathroom attached. There’s a second bathroom with a stacking washer and dryer, vanity and toilet. There’s one large shower that is shared. A queen size sofa bed in the living room accommodates two extra guests. Two sets of sliding doors open onto the massive deck with Adirondack chairs for lounging, and a small table for outside eating. There is excellent Wi-Fi and a 65 inch television with streaming content. A wood fireplace makes it cozy in the winter. In addition to the deck, there are plenty of outside shared amenity spaces. There’s a covered gazebo with a state of the art barbecue. There is a fish cleaning station in the back of the property for those that like to go fishing, clamming, or crabbing. There are Adirondack chairs and tables around the property for lounging and enjoying the fire pit by the creek. The entire property can be rented and is ideal for large business or family groups as it can accommodate up to 20 people.
The entire exterior property is available to you, but the deck is exclusively for your own use. There is a outside sink for cleaning fish, clams, crabs and preparing food on our large fabulous BBQ.

The neighborhood is charming and full of little seaside cottages. It is possible to walk for miles on the beach, to the Birch Bay State Park and on a gravel, coastal walk near the center of the village. A small grocery store, fun beach bars, fabulous coffee shop, and restaurants, and a liquor store are a short drive away, bike ride or walkable. The area is great for fishing, crabbing, clamming, kayaking, boating and paddle boarding. There’s access to Terrell creek from the back of our property. The Semiahmoo resort and marina and the little town of Blaine Washington are minutes away in a car. Birch Bay State Park is a 194-acre Washington state park located nine miles south of Blaine in Whatcom County. The park has 8,255 feet of saltwater shoreline on Birch Bay and 15,000 feet of freshwater shoreline along Terrell Creek. Check out our guide to the area.
The neighborhood is very walkable and great for bicycling. Plenty of parking is provided on the property. This unit is entitled to two parking spots and there is plenty of parking across the road in the beach access parking lot. Please be aware overnight parking on the beach access lot is not allowed.
Please note that we do not supply firewood for the fire pit. You can purchase firewood at the market in Birch Bay.

Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.
