Welcome to this beautifully remodeled cozy little one bedroom studio that is nestled in the heart of Birch Bay. Only a short walk from the Birch Bay C-shop which is a popular stop for homemade candy, ice cream and other goodies. The Farmers Market and Bike Rental shop and Golf cart rental shops are also only blocks away. Although a little further but still walking distance you will find restaurants, brew pub, coffee shops and some shopping not to mention clam digging and beach combing. This little studio is tastefully decorated and provides many comforts of home and serves for the perfect quiet getaway location for two. You will enter the property from the gate off the lane up a step onto a shared deck entry area that has a privacy partition. You will go to your left past the flower pot, at the sliding glass door you will enter the keyless entry code on the door ________ and you have now entered your getaway studio that has been tastefully decorated bedroom and sitting area with a queen size bed. There is a small kitchenette off the main area that has what you need to prepare your morning coffee, breakfast or tp prep your favorite nibbles for a picnic or a day at the beach, there is a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and two electric burners and a Kurig coffee pot so bring your favorite pods. For your enjoyment both the bedroom and kitchenette areas have TV's along with complimentary WIFI. The bathroom is off the bedroom with a shower, and walk through the bathroom to your own private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer.
There is a lovely sitting area on the deck. This is a shared deck with a privacy partition separating the area just for you to enjoy your peaceful morning coffee, early dinner or bbq your favorite burgers on the BBQ (Gas Grill provided) before walking crossed the street to catch one of Birch Bay's amazing sunsets. This property is the perfect location for a quiet couple's weekend or a great peaceful "catch your breath" retreat for one.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.
