Comfortable, colorful, fun waterfront accommodation overlooking San Juan Islands and the Canadian Coast Range and bay. This spacious home as three bedrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom along with a fireplace. The large bedroom also has a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a doors that exit onto a large deck with a hot tub. The second room has a queen sized bed along with a private bathroom. There is a deck and walk in closet. You also have a door that leads out to the grounds. The third bedroom has two twin beds that have trundle beds below. Perfect for young kids or teenagers that want to hang out all in one room. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably. Open floor plan great for Holidays or family get-togethers. Large kitchen with lots of pots and pans and serving items. Large dinning room table with an amazing view. Bird watch or read on the window seat. Watch ships and storms pass while warming your toes by the warm glow of the fire. The deck is amazing with plenty of room for BBQ gatherings, laying in the sun or sitting in the hot tub. Great base camp for skiing, hiking and excursions to British Columbia. Stroll the beach. Take the short ferry ride to Lummi Island and ride your bike to it's unique restaurants and artists studios. The Silver Reef Casino is just 5 mi away where you can enjoy fine dining and the spa. A covered bus stop is a short walk . Ride to Bellingham and the unique Fairhaven district.
Small Sauna and kayaks available for your use. Use at your own risk. Complimentary WIFI during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker with coffee and filters there for you. Need more space? Rent the treehouse as well which is located close by on the property.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

What a lovely place with an AMAZING view! We stayed in the winter, which was very peaceful and quiet. But I'm sure it's a wonderful spot in the summer with access to the beach and kayaks and other activities. We'll have to come back!

This property is a like no other.
Overall: you are staying in a home that is cared for with love. Every corner so well thought out. Architecture is amazing, views stunning, spacious, garden has a stream (sound helped kiddos sleep), modern conveniences.
Kitchen: Very well equipped (pots, pans, plates, lots of utensils, serving dishes and Tupperware). More importantly, all the spices you can think of and some.
Entertainment: TV in every room. Living room TV had a great sound system. Had trouble getting it to work but host helped. Turn sound system on then the TV. Jacuzzi located nicely on the deck so you can sit next to others. Sauna is out of this world! Photos don’t do it justice. Gardens are so cute and nice to stroll. Fireplace is great for gathering around.
Host: so nice and extremely responsive.
This place is stunning. Limited mobility members had no problem getting around. Kids were safe playing inside and out. Note grocery store is a drive. Overall a MUST stay. ?

Stunning location, the plants and garden surrounding the home brought in the local wildlife, we saw a bald eagles, blue heron, rabbits, humming birds, black squirrels…every day! Having access to the Bay with beautiful sunsets made for a very relaxing vacation! The hot tub was clean and hot. Could not have asked for a more relaxing place! Definitely a must book!!!!

What a beautiful home! We had a wonderful family retreat between Xmas and NYE and were so grateful to stay on the waterfront. The hot tub and sauna were excellent for relaxing. Such a cozy place to gather with family and enjoy the beauty of the Salish Sea and all of its beauty!
