We welcome you to this quaint and cozy cabin in Birch Bay. Only two blocks from the Birch Bay C-shop which is a popular stop for homemade candy, ice cream and other goodies. The Farmers Market and the bike rental shop are also only two blocks away. Although a little further but still walking distance you will find restaurants, brew pub, coffee shops and some shopping not to mention clam digging and beach combing.
The cabin itself is tastefully decorated and provides many of the comforts of home. Enter the property and find the living area. The kitchen has what you need to prepare a picnic or a full meal. There is a dinning table in the kitchen area that is perfect for breaking bread or playing one of the games provided in the property. The sitting area has a nice TV and there is complimentary WIFI. Up the stairs you will find the bedrooms and a full bath The larger bedroom has a door that leads to the two decks. Yes, two decks which are also accessible from the main entry. A lovely sitting area on one deck and the upper deck is perfect to watch one of Birch Bay's amazing sunsets over the water. The larger bedroom also has a desk in case you need to do a little remote work while enjoying time at the beach. There is also a nice TV and lots of closet space. The other rooms are smaller but cute and comfortable.
The property is very clean and well maintained and perfect for a friends weekend or a family get away. Close to everything that makes Birch Bay so special yet a peaceful location.
Pet friendly with a 100.00 per pet pet fee. ( 2 max)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

Super cute rental! Loved the decor and the whole place felt super cozy! Easy walking distance to the beach and the C shop(although it was closed for winter when we visited). Loved the small touch of providing some snack size candy on the kitchen table! Checkout was super easy, which was a great way to end our relaxing weekend. Since we visited in October, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the decks, but they seem perfect for summer weather. Especially the top deck where the ocean view is.

What a fabulous fun place! We really enjoyed staying here - the C Shop and the beach are just around the corner. Loved hanging out on the upper deck with a book in the sunshine looking at birds and the ocean. Excellently stocked kitchen made it a pleasure to cook at home whenever we chose to. We want to come back already!

We celebrated my Dad's 84th birthday at this Cottage. It was perfect home to spend 5 days with my folks, wife and kids.
We would definitely rent this unit again, it was everything that it was described and what the pictures represented.
