Treehouse apt. overlooking Lummi bay and San Juan Islands. Heated floors and gas fireplace to keep the morning chill off. Watch passing ships, eagles and herons. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Tell tales sitting around a fire on the beach. Spa out in the travertine steam shower with multiple jets and rain shower head. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen including spices and access to herbs, vegetables and fruit in season. Visit nearby farms for cheese, eggs, veggies, etc. Visit one of Silver Reef Casino’s many choices for fine dining and entertainment. We’re right on the bus line to Downtown Bellingham, or take a bike ride around Lummi Island. The 15 min ferry ride to the island gives access to unique restaurants, artist’s studios and a farmers market. Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Kitchen has pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Propane BBQ on the deck with deck furniture to relax and rejuvenate while soaking in the view. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs, WiFi access, i-pod dock. Great place for kayaking, biking, and hiking or watching for that eagle to fly by. A peaceful setting perfect for a romantic get a way or solitude to work on that book you have wanted to write or simply enjoy me time. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nice desk/work space.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments.
There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible.
Deposit Policy
Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation.

Stunning location, wonderful amenities, tasteful decor and fully equipped kitchen and bath. Loved kayaking and the amazing sauna looking out over the water. The signs were clear and it was great to have life vests right near the kayak paddles, and find the spigot near the stairs to the bay to rinse sand off. We didn't realize the Treehouse apartment was attached to another home and it was awkward to hear the downstairs folks' conversations and it is hard to find the driveway in the dark but minor challenges in a truly stunning location. No nearby grocery stores with fresh produce so stock up before you head down, but the rental had the coffee, condiments, and kitchen gear (even a blender for smoothies!) for easy cooking. Nice Bose radio, cable tv, walk in shower, and electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The landscaping, bay views, and unique on-site amenities are truly magical.

Beautiful , peaceful spot on Lummi Nation. Serene surroundings, lovely gardens, and sauna overlooking the beach and the Salish Sea. Comfortable place on the second floor (treehouse) with plenty of privacy and gorgeous sunsets. Communication with host company was helpful and responsive. out only suggestions is that a real grill (instead of tabletop ) would be nice for guests who like to cook. Thank you!

This spot is beautiful! we had bald eagles and blue herons flying overhead every day. It was easy to get to the water and walk the beach. The sauna was a fun addition to our experience. And everything was incredibly clean.

This is a peaceful and beautiful location. It was perfect for us to get a much needed rest.
The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom areas are wonderful. The shower has steam and great rain shower heads. The kitchen was well equipped with a good stove, pots and pans and utensils. We are both not too tall so it was a struggle to reach some of the things in the kitchen.
The living dining area could use more comfortable furniture. This area is set up to accommodate more guests with convertible chairs that are not so great when relaxing to watch TV or read a book.
Overall we enjoyed this place and would book it again.
